Empoli-born leather artisan Daniele Basta approaches accessories as singular works of art, hand-cut and assembled in Italy from vegetable-tanned hides that age with use. Oxidised 925 sterling silver staples and hardware punctuate the soft, lived-in leathers, creating a tension between raw tactility and quiet refinement. Each piece is produced in small runs, so subtle variations in grain, colour and patina become part of the object’s character over time.
