We only accept returns on unworn items with all tags attached (clothing tags + security seal tag) in the original packaging (e.g. dust bag). If your return doesn't fulfil those basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your return. If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your return. Return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
The return of sealed items (perfume, cosmetic, electronics etc) is not possible if opened by the customers.
The return of customized items or custom made items is not possible.
The return of underwear and swimwear is not possible.
When returning an order delivered with express delivery, the fee of standard shipping is refunded along with the value of the item(s) if this option was available in the checkout

Prices quoted are without pickup, meaning the customer must leave the parcel at a UPS or DHL point. Pick up can be requested as additional service from most locations and is + € 5 from all destinations.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, the customer must inform us about their intention to return. They can do so by either using our Return Form, or inform us per email. The Return Form can be accessed from the footer or from your personal account page. After receiving the request, an email with the required documents will be sent to you.
REFUND PROCESS
When we receive your return and could confirm that all requirements were fulfilled, a refund is issued latest 3 working days later to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase. If using our return service, the return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
EXCHANGES
We don't accept exchanges, but we can reserve an item for you upon request if you need some time to place a new order. Exchange request are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
